This lady had a successful modelling career before her teeth started to decay, loosen and fall out. She lost her career for obvious reasons and her teeth impacted her relationships with people and personal life. She asked for a new set of “statement-bright celebrity teeth” after the procedure she was back to her bubbly confident self.

This gentleman’s teeth had taken a toll as a result of his long-term smoking habit. All of his back teeth had fallen out, and the rest had become very discoloured. He came to us worried that he would have to spend the rest of his life wearing dentures. After his treatment, he has a new lease on life. 

This patient avoided visiting the dentist for 22 years, his teeth became loose and started to fall out 9 years before he visited us. This made him feel embarrassed about his smile, and he withdrew from his previously active social life. He would only talk to family members behind his hand as he was conscious of his teeth and bad breath. Eating solid foods caused him too much pain and he resorted to what he called a “baby food diet”. After his new implanted teeth were fitted he was back to being himself.

This patient's teeth were in a very advanced state of decay. What teeth had not fallen out were broken, snapped away or wobbly. He had gotten so anxious about his smile he stopped eating out and socialising. He underwent implant treatment and his life has completely changed, his grandson has commented that he's happier now and family have commented that he looks 10 years younger.

This lady suffered from loose teeth, which were not only painful but stopped her from eating the foods she loved. Her teeth looked longer due to receding gums and she would hide her smile. After same day implants, she has the confidence to flash her beautiful new smile and eat whatever she wants.

This lady's teeth were heavily decayed; what teeth had not snapped off were worn down, or loose and ready to fall out. She found it painful to eat solid food and was ashamed to open her mouth, hiding it behind her hands. As a result, she withdrew from her social life. After having dental implants, her diet improved, she began to enjoy her favourite foods again, smile a lot more and socialise with friends.

This patient was scared of the dentist and as a result of avoiding the dentist his teeth became loose, started to rot and fall out. He also suffered from bad breath which was noticed by his family. It was too painful to eat solid foods and so he would have to blend his food to eat it. First, we addressed his poor oral hygiene and our dental hygienist helped him get his gum disease under control. After having implants he was able to enjoy a much better diet and felt more confident in himself.

Dr Pav Khaira qualified in 2002 and has taken extensive postgraduate education. The main focus of his work is dental implants and he is part way through his masters degree, MClinDent Implantology, in London. He has also completed an externship program in conjunction with Stony Brook University in New York.
